My Skin Care Routine

10:24

My skincare routine is very simple. I want to note that what works best for me, may not work best for you. These products and tips have helped me, so I hope they can help you too!

I want to describe the type of my skin, and make it easier for you to decide whether these product are for you or not. From the age of 15 I've suffered from acne, therefore my skin is problematic.

1. Makeup remover:

I wear makeup almost everyday, I wear foundation or BB cream, (depends on how bad my skin looks like at the moment), mascara, eyebrow gel and some lipstick. As a makeup remover, I use: Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, it removes my makeup easily with cotton pads, but since I use waterproof eyebrow gel, I have difficulties to remove it with micellar water, so I usually use Garnier Purifying Foaming Gel, which I will mention next.

3. Cleanser: Garnier Purifying Foaming Gel, I use this cleanser at night after I remove my makeup while using my micellar water to really deep clean my face. It gets rid of all my excess makeup and it leaves my skin smooth and fresh.

4. Moisturiser: As my moisturiser I use La Roche Posay; Effaclar Duo, it is a gel-cream, 24 hydration and lasting mattifying effect. For me, it's also an excellent makeup base.
With this products, my skin got cleared after a few weeks. It's still not perfect, but no red spots, less acne and no breakouts.

The next thing I have to mention is COCONUT OIL!!! It is the best thing for my skin that I've ever tried! I use it sometimes as my makeup remover with cotton pads, I use it every night to moisturise my lips and I use it sometimes as a face moisturiser all over my face, for my nails and hair. I absolutely love it!

Tip: Keep your sheets and pillow always clean in order to have nice skin!

Hope that my skin routine will help you! xoxo
